Waste and Compliance Management Inc. (WCM), like most of our customers, is a family-owned business. WCM manufactures regulated waste treatment and recycling products under the WasteWise brand name. WasteWise products are sold through dental, medical and veterinary supply distributors.
WCM purchased all rights to Isolyser/SMS (sharps disposal), Chemgon (x-ray chemical disposal) and Aldex (aldehyde disposal) in 2003 and moved the manufacturing of those products from Mississippi to Carlsbad, California. WCM has subsequently developed a number of other products addressing small quantity generators (SQG’s) waste and recycling needs.
WCM’s mission is to provide SQG’s an easy and inexpensive way of complying with regulated waste disposal/recycling regulations. WCM’s products are easy to purchase, use and represent the most efficient way of complying with disposal regulations. Because WasteWise products are inherently more efficient they also generate a smaller carbon footprint when compared to traditional disposal methods.
So join the thousands of dental, medical and veterinary offices using WasteWise disposal and recycling products! A small change to WasteWise can make a big change in the size of your carbon footprint and how much you spend on disposal of your regulated waste.
WasteWise supports healthcare facilities, dental offices, laboratories, schools, veterinarians, tattoo artists, acupuncturists, and commercial organizations that generate regulated waste. Solutions are structured to meet varying waste volumes and regulatory requirements.

Hunter, 17, was diagnosed with a nervous system disorder that can cause neurological degeneration, and high risk of respiratory complications. Although he faced many hardships during his medical journey, his wish served as a light of hope that gave him something to look forward to in the future. Hunter had several wish ideas throughout his wish journey, but ultimately, he knew his heartfelt wish was to see the Northern Lights in Alaska – a tricky wish, as even when you visit the viewing locations during the best season and on the best days, they may not show.
In December, Hunter was told he’d be visiting his grandparents at the Hotel Del Coronado, but little did he know that as soon as he walked into his room, he was surprised with the information that his wish was being granted in just two short weeks! During his trip to Alaska, Hunter and family got to spend time in the snow, experience a reindeer encounter with sled dogs, visit the Santa Claus house, and best of all, luck was on his side to get to view the awe-inspiring natural phenomenon known as the Northern Lights on such a beautiful and clear night.
Thank you WasteWise, for helping us make Hunter’s wish come true. You have provided the experience of a lifetime, giving him and his family, strength, hope, and joy, at a time when they needed it the most.
